Michelle Felman
Executive Vice President - Acquisitions

Michelle Felman is Executive Vice President - Acquisitions responsible for all real estate and corporate acquisitions for Vornado. In addition, Michelle is responsible for a significant portion of Vornado's structured investment activities, including all mezzanine lending.

Michelle began her career at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division. In 1991, she joined GE Capital as a Managing Director, where she was responsible for real estate and non-performing loan acquisitions from the Resolution Trust Company (RTC), Banks, and Insurance Companies. Later in her tenure, she ran Business Development for GE's Commercial Real Estate Division. While at GE, she was involved in property and corporate acquisitions in the US, Canada, the United Kingdom and France.

Michelle received her BA from The University of California, Berkeley and her MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania. She serves on the Executive Committee of The Zell-Lurie Center at the University of Pennsylvania and on the Board of Big Brothers, Big Sisters of New York.
