Wendy Silverstein is an Executive Vice President of Vornado Realty Trust and runs the Capital Markets Division of the company.

Wendy Silverstein is Executive Vice President - Capital Markets, responsible for a diverse range of capital market activities including all equity, debt and derivative transactions of Vornado. In addition, Wendy is responsible for a significant portion of Vornado's structured investment activities, including all mezzanine lending.

Prior to joining Vornado in 1998, she spent eight years as a Vice President and Senior Credit Officer of Citicorp Real Estate and Citibank, N.A., where she was responsible for several billion dollars of real estate debt restructurings. From 1986 to 1990, she was in the Leveraged Capital Group at Citibank, N.A. providing sponsor financing for leveraged buyouts.

She has a Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, and a Masters of Business Administration, with Distinction, from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.

Wendy is the proud mother of 14-year-old twins, Zachary and Rachel.
