Vornado Announces Second Quarter 2012 Earnings Release Date and Conference Call Information

PARAMUS, NEW JERSEY…..VORNADO REALTY TRUST (NYSE:VNO) announced today that it will file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and issue its second quarter earnings release on August 6, 2012, after the New York Stock Exchange has closed. The Company will host a quarterly earnings conference call and an audio webcast on August 7, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

The conference call can be accessed by dialing 800-446-1671 (domestic) or 847-413-3362 (international) and entering the passcode 32838269. A telephonic replay of the conference call will be available from 4:00 p.m. EDT on August 7, 2012 through August 21, 2012.
