Vornado Declares Quarterly $0.69 Dividend on Common Shares

PARAMUS, NEW JERSEY…..VORNADO REALTY TRUST (NYSE:VNO) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.69 per share payable on November 19, 2012 to common shareholders of record on November 9, 2012.
