By managing peak demand, monitoring and controlling energy consumption, maintaining our systems for optimal performance and partnering with our tenants to adapt energy conservation practices we have reduced energy consumption across the portfolio. Through these efforts, twenty seven buildings have achieved the Energy Star designation, with more on the way.
