Vornado's Manhattan office portfolio includes such nationally recognized properties as the global headquarters of Bloomberg, LP at 731 Lexington Avenue, the newly minted Neuberger Berman headquarters at 1290 Avenue of the Americas, over 9 million square feet in Penn Plaza, including One and Two Penn Plaza atop Madison Square Garden and Penn Station, and Amazon’s inaugural headquarters in New York City at 7 West 34th Street.

Also included in the Office portfolio are 555 California Street, formerly known as the Bank of America Tower in the heart of downtown San Francisco and theMART, the largest private commercial building measuring almost 3.7 million square feet, in Chicago.

555 California Street, also known as the Bank of America Tower, is a 52-story modern skyscraper in the Financial District. A prominent element of the San Francisco skyline and one of the most highly recognized towers on the West Coast, it belongs in the elite class of timeless trophy towers in American architecture. The three-building complex (which also includes 315 and 345 Montgomery Street) aggregates 1.8 million square feet, representing approximately seven percent of the rentable square footage in San Francisco's Central Business District.

theMART is the largest privately held commercial building in the United States. Located in the center of the sought-after River North submarket, it is a well-recognized fixture in the Chicago landscape. This unique asset spans two city blocks and features 200,000-square-foot floorplates. It recently received LEED Gold certification.

Vornado is transforming this former showroom building into an office building that has quickly become home to Chicago's most creative and technologically innovative companies. In 2012, Vornado leased over 600,000 square feet to Motorola Mobility. theMART is also home to Yelp, Chicago's famed technology incubator 1871, and a new medical technology incubator called MATTER.
